One-on-One Training Sessions
I work with ambitious amateurs, semi-professionals, and professionals. Our collaboration may focus on fitness development, physical conditioning, or a safe return to sports after an injury. Each program is tailored individually to your situation and needs.
Who is it for?
Who are these workouts for?
This type of collaboration is for people who want to train more mindfully, effectively, and with greater control over the process.
I work with people who want to:
• improve fitness, strength, and movement quality,
• develop motor skills for sports,
• increase speed, power, and dynamism,
• return to physical activity after an injury,
• train individually or in a small group.
Scope of Cooperation
Depending on the objective, the collaboration may include:
Personal Training
For people who want to improve their fitness, strength, mobility, and overall movement quality.
Physical Preparation
For athletes who want to improve the physical attributes essential to their sport: strength, power, speed, explosiveness, and endurance.
Returning to Sports After Injuries
For people who want to safely return to full fitness and athletic activity after an injury or overuse.
What does the start look like?
What does the process of starting a partnership look like?
For individual training, physical conditioning, and returning to sports after injuries, we begin our collaboration with a consultation and initial assessment.
The first meeting allows you to:
• define your goal,
• review the athlete's training and injury history,
• assess current capabilities,
• choose the best approach for moving forward.

How do you choose the right form?
Which format will work best for you?
One-on-one training works best if:
• You want the best possible fit,
• You're coming back from an injury,
• You have a specific athletic goal,
• You want the coach's full attention.
Training with a partner or in a small group is a good choice if:
• You want to train with a partner or in a small group,
• Are you looking for a steady job in a positive work environment,
• You want to combine high-quality training with a lower unit cost.
Why does this way of working work?
Why is it worth working under this arrangement?
One-on-one training and small-group training allow us to better tailor the entire process to your needs, goals, and current abilities.
This form of cooperation offers:
• greater control over technique and the quality of movement,
• better load balancing,
• ongoing adjustment,
• greater safety,
• more conscious and structured development.
This is particularly important in physical training and in the process of returning to sports after injuries.
