§1. General Information
- The online store at bartoszsiatkowski.pl is operated by Bartosz Siatkowski, who conducts business under the name Bartosz Siatkowski, with its registered office at 97 1 Maja St., 78-600 Wałcz, NIP: 7651700400.
- These Terms and Conditions set forth the rules for using the online store, the terms and conditions for entering into and terminating sales contracts, and the rules for placing orders, making payments, delivery, filing complaints, and canceling a contract.
- The Terms and Conditions are continuously available on the online store's website in a manner that allows users to access, view, and save their content.
- When a customer decides to purchase a digital product, they receive only access to the platform or a download link. Thus, they are purchasing a service that grants access to the digital product, but they do not become the owner of the product or the copyright. The customer may not share access to the product with third parties. Any reasonable suspicion may result in appropriate legal action.
§2. Scope of the Store's Operations
The online store offers, in particular:
- digital products: e-books, online training recordings, online training (access to the platform or training materials).
§3. Placing Orders
- Orders can be placed in the online store 24 hours a day, all year round.
- To place an order, the customer should:
- Select a product and add it to your cart,
- fill out the order form,
- Make the payment using the selected method.
- The contract is concluded upon the Customer’s receipt of the order confirmation at the provided email address.
- Orders are processed exclusively on the basis of a VAT invoice for entities with a Polish NIP.
§4. Prices and Payments
- All prices in the store are listed in Polish zlotys (PLN) and are gross prices (including VAT, if applicable).
- Customers can make payments using:
- electronic transfer (Przelewy24, PayU, etc.),
- payment card,
- BLIK.
§5. Delivery
- Digital products (e-books, online courses) are delivered electronically (via a download link or access to a platform).
§6. Withdrawal from the Contract
- A customer who is a consumer has the right to cancel a contract for the purchase of physical products without giving a reason within 14 days of receiving the shipment.
- The following items are not eligible for a refund:
- products that are used or show signs of wear,
- digital products (e-books, online courses), if the Customer has begun using the product before the deadline for withdrawing from the contract, pursuant to Article 38(13) of the Consumer Rights Act.
- By purchasing digital products, the Customer agrees to the immediate processing of the order and forfeits the right to cancel the contract once the products have been downloaded or activated.
§7. Complaints
- In the event of product defects, the Customer may file a complaint electronically at: [email protected].
- Complaints are processed within 14 business days of the date they are filed.
- Digital products may be advertised only in the following cases:
- the inability to download or play back materials,
- corrupted files.
§8. Protection of Personal Data
- Bartosz Siatkowski is the controller of the Customer's personal data.
- Personal data is processed solely for the purpose of fulfilling orders and, with the Customer’s consent, for marketing purposes.

§9. Final Provisions
- The Seller reserves the right to amend these Terms and Conditions. The new Terms and Conditions take effect upon their publication in the store.
- In matters not covered herein, the provisions of Polish law shall apply, in particular the Consumer Rights Act and the Civil Code.
