I prepare athletes for what SPORTS REQUIRE THEM.
  • A workout shouldn't be a random collection of exercises. We build strength, speed, and endurance based on what you actually need during training and competition.
  • If you're coming back from an injury, we'll work with you step by step to rebuild your readiness for full training and competition.
  • We test. We plan. We train. We track our progress.
  • So that you'll be ready to play and prepared for the demands of your sport.

FOR WHOM

  • Do you want to be stronger, faster, and better prepared to compete
  • You don't want to train „blindly”—you want to know, What are you working on, and why?
  • You're coming back from an injury and you want to gradually regain the ability to train and play at full capacity
  • Do you care about steady growth, rather than random exercises

HOW I WORK

  • We start with a conversation about your needs and tests
  • I adjust the plan to Your abilities and the demands of your sport
  • We develop what you really need: strength, speed, endurance, and control of movement
  • We regularly check on progress and We adjust our training when necessary

null

WHAT YOU GET

  • a body that is better prepared for what's really going on in your sport
  • more strength, speed, and endurance, which you can use in the competition
  • better preparation for sprinting, braking, changing direction, and repeating intense movements
  • after an injury — a clear path from rehabilitation to full training and competition
  • a greater willingness to regular training and competition

MY APPROACH

The goal of training isn't just to be stronger, faster, or perform better on tests. The goal is to be available to play.

That is why I view physical conditioning as a process designed to prepare you for the realistic demands of your sport — sprinting, braking, changing direction, contact, fatigue, and regular competition.

I'm demanding and expect commitment, but We don't train more just for the sake of training more. Every element of the plan should have its place and a specific purpose.

We test, plan, gradually increase the intensity, and see how your body responds. And if you’re coming back from an injury, we’ll prepare you step by step not only to return to training, but to fully ready to play.

Because you could be a really good player. But to prove it, you have to be on the field.

My journey in sports began when I started working as a personal trainer.

However, I quickly realized that just „training” isn’t enough if the goal is substantial athletic development.

I was gaining experience

including during internships at the Sportopedica clinic and at the Lech Poznań Academy.

At the same time, I worked with athletes on an individual basis and in a team setting—as physical conditioning coach on the women's field hockey team and at Warta Poznań (U19 – CLJ).

I also coordinated activities

the Warta Poznań Academy as part of the Sport Performance House—where I currently work as a physical conditioning coach and sports rehabilitation specialist.

I am certified ASCA Level 2 PRO, confirming his qualifications to work with top-level athletes.

What does the collaboration look?

Every process begins with understanding your body and the demands of your sport.

Interview + Assessment

HOW DOES THE COLLABORATION WORK?

I don't start with a ready-made workout plan.

First, I want to understand You as an athlete, the demands of your sport, and the situation you're currently in.

1. I'M GETTING TO KNOW YOUR SITUATION

First, I gather the most important information regarding:

  • Your discipline and position,
  • the current workout,
  • the number of practices and games,
  • history of injuries,
  • Your goals,
  • available equipment,
  • results from previous tests, if you have them.

I don't just look at how much you lift at the gym or how high you jump.

I'm interested in the player's full profile.

2. WE DETERMINE WHAT YOU NEED

Not every athlete needs more strength, more sprints, or more training sessions.

First, you need to determine:

what's most important right now and what can help you the most in your sport.

Depending on the situation, these may include, among others:

  • strength,
  • speed,
  • power,
  • the ability to repeat intense activities,
  • post-injury rehabilitation,
  • a better distribution of workloads throughout the week.

As a result, the workout isn't just a collection of random exercises.

He has a specific goal.

3. WE MAKE A PLAN

Once we know what you need, we incorporate it into your training.

The plan takes into account not only your goal, but also:

  • team training sessions,
  • games,
  • regeneration,
  • the time you have available,
  • Your current level,
  • the equipment you have access to.

The additional training is intended to support your sport, rather than competing with it for space and energy.

4. YOU KNOW WHAT YOU'RE DOING AND WHY

I don't want you to just get a workout plan and check off each exercise as you go.

You are to understand:

What are you doing,

Why are you doing this?,

when you do that

and

where this is going to lead you.

Right from the start of your collaboration, you should have a clearer picture of this, What is your current priority, and what should you focus on during your upcoming training period?.

5. WE CHECK TO SEE IF WE'RE HEADING IN THE RIGHT DIRECTION

The plan itself is just the beginning.

Depending on the form of cooperation you choose, we can use:

  • training results,
  • tests,
  • Your response to stress,
  • well-being,
  • performance on the field,
  • the progress of practices and games.

It's not about carrying out the plan at any cost.

The point is to know:

Is what we're doing really taking us in the right direction?.

WHAT'S GOING TO CHANGE?

Once you start working together, you shouldn't have to wonder every day:

„What else should I do?”

„Does this workout make sense?”

„When's the best time to work out?”

„Do I need more strength, speed, or something else entirely?”

You're supposed to have a clear direction and a plan tailored to your needs, instead of putting together a workout routine based on random exercises and information found online.

You focus on getting the job done.

I'll help you figure out what kind of job makes the most sense for you in your situation.
